🛡️ 1. Hygiene Policy

Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict health regulations, we only accept returns for defective items. We do not accept returns for non-defective products under any circumstances.

We do not resell returned items. Your safety is our priority.

2. Return Eligibility

✅ Covered

  • Item arrived damaged or broken.
  • Item does not turn on/charge (Defective).
  • Wrong item sent by us.
  • Mechanical failure within 1 Year.

❌ Not Covered

  • Non-defective items (including unopened).
  • "I changed my mind" or "don't like it."
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Water damage due to improper use.

3. 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

All electric devices come with a 12-Month Manufacturer Warranty covering mechanical defects.

If your toy breaks, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund.

  1. Record a short video showing the defect.
  2. Email the video + Order ID to support@mythtoy.com.
  3. Once approved, we ship your replacement within 48 hours.
